Stans ZTR ARCH Rims

The big brother of the ZTR 355 that is 25 percent laterally stiffer while being only slightly heavier. Its a great choice for trail riding because it utilizes a internal arch design to produce an incredibly stiff rim.  It features the patented Bead Socket Technology (BST) that allows for lower sidewalls heights, effectively increasing tire volume while decreasing the chance of pinch flats.  Use with standard tires or fully tubeless compatible with Stan's yellow tape, valve stem or tubeless rim strip (sold separately). Its fully welded rim joints make it tough.

Chris King Iso Disc Hubs

Months of design and testing went into King's ISO disc hubset. During the development process, they adapted their machines to use larger bar stock when they make the hub shells. This manufacturing improvement allowed King to increase the spoke flange diameter significantly. A larger spoke flange spreads the spoke holes away from each other. Also, you can use shorter spokes to build a more durable, stiffer and stronger wheel. Make no mistake, these are not "disposable" parts. There are a lot of super light hubs out there, but will they still be working in 2 years? How about 5? If you ride a lot, 5 years is a lot of panic stops, high speed feathering and braking bumps. Like all of King's hubs, these carry a 5 year warranty. It is easy to make a really light hub, not so easy to make one that you can sell with confidence and back that up for 5 full years. Who else does this but King?

DT Swiss Competition 14/15 Double Butted Spokes

The classic lightweight spoke for all round use, with a black finish. The 14 / 15 gauge double butted spoke is 1.8mm thick in the centre to save weight, but 2mm thick at the end where strength is needed. The butting process adds strength through cold forging of the metal. Made from X5 stainless steel, containing chrome for rust resistance and nickel for strength. The rolling of the nipple thread removes no metal from the spoke and preserves the grain of the material, maximising strength. Finished in black using an electro-chemical treatment that is durable, and does not weaken the spoke.
